Dan believes that the client's financial interest come first and foremost, as well as their understanding of the transaction their about to partake in. By utilizing tools gained through his understanding of deep Pro-Forma's, Economics and experience gained in the highly competitive manufacturing sector he empowers all who work with him to make their best choices. He's often quoted as saying "Clear the hype and always consider inflation versus appreciation prior to making any long-term property decisions". This approach has awarded him repeat business from Ultra High Net Worth & High Net Worth clients alike as well as smaller operators.

Dan holds a degree in Economics from the University of Iowa and has also attended Law School at Willamette in Salem, Oregon. Coming from a multi-cultural background and living in many different parts of the Country he has a unique perspective on individual drivers and how to make the most of opportunity.

Today he is the President of Commercial Real Estate Firm Mhlre and advises many businesses including medical practices, developers, hedge funds, restaurateurs, hoteliers, manufacturing firms and investors on how to make strategic real estate decisions.

Michelle grew up in Colorado and understands the intangible benefits of life in the Denver Metro area. She has been involved in Colorado real estate for over 13 years. Her experience in commercial real estate has ranged from assisting small businesses to find their first lease space to helping national clients improve their commercial real estate footprint within the state. Specializing in sales and tenant representation within the industrial, office, and retail sectors.

In all her business endeavors, Michelle is known for three things: maintaining a client-focused attention to detail, developing long-term relationships and always putting her clients' interests first. Michelle develops creative approaches to problem-solving and finds innovative ways to address the unique needs of her clients.

wMichelle has volunteered for many charities including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Youth For Understanding, Big Bones Canine Rescue and the Aurora Chamber of Commerce. She is a licensed Colorado real estate broker and an active member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. When not immersed in her clients' transactions, Michelle loves trying new restaurants, traveling, enjoying the beach and riding her motorcycle.
